Buena Park was built in the post-war suburban expansion era — most homes date to the 1950s and 1960s, though there's some '70s construction mixed in. The housing stock is relatively uniform: single-family homes, attached two-car garages, flat terrain, standard configurations. That consistency means the hardware lifecycle is also consistent across the city — and right now, a lot of Buena Park homes have garage door hardware that's well into its second or third decade.
