Dana Point Homes We Work On

Dana Point covers a lot of terrain for a small city. Monarch Beach above PCH has luxury estate homes with larger garage setups and heavy insulated doors — the kind of jobs where quality hardware matters because the doors get daily use and the owners notice when something isn't right. Lantern Village is the older beach neighborhood with a mix of original beach cottages and renovated homes — some with narrow single-car garages that predate modern sizing standards. Capistrano Beach has a mix of beach cottages and newer condos closer to the San Clemente border. The Dana Hills area on the inland side is more standard suburban construction with typical two-car attached garages. Marine layer and harbor air are the constants — the salt corrosion here is comparable to Newport Beach, and springs and tracks show it. Hillside locations across Monarch Beach and parts of Lantern Village also mean steeper driveways and additional spring load to account for.
