Aliso Viejo was built as a planned community, and that shows in the consistency of the housing stock. The mix includes townhomes and condos near Aliso Viejo Town Center, single-family homes in the Glenwood neighborhood and surrounding streets, and newer construction in some of the outlying areas. HOA-managed properties are common here — shared garage structures on condo complexes, individual attached garages on single-family homes. Springs that haven't been replaced since original construction are at or near their end of life.
